1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Before your item ships, it needs to be prepared. Our processing time varies depending on the nature of the product:

Ready-to-Ship Items: These are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that are already made and in our studio. We aim to process and pack these orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Made-to-Order & Handmade Items: The majority of our crochet garments, accessories, and custom pieces are made specifically after you order. This ensures freshness and allows for potential customization. The production time for these items is typically 7-14 business days before shipping. The estimated timeframe is clearly noted on the relevant product page (e.g., “Handmade to order,” “Please allow 10 days for creation”).

Digital Products (Crochet Patterns): These are delivered instantly via automated download upon payment confirmation. You will also receive a download link via email.
Business Days: Our studio operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST on Friday, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once it has been physically handed over to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

Domestic (United States): We ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. Domestic orders are primarily shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package Service, depending on weight and size. These services include tracking and insurance.

International: We ship worldwide to most countries. International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Package or USPS International Priority Mail, which include tracking. Delivery times vary significantly by destination.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
A. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous United States.

B. International Shipping:
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your delivery address and the package weight/dimensions. The final cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery: This varies greatly but generally ranges from 10 to 30 business days after shipping, depending on the destination country and customs processing. We provide the best estimate available at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking site. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system after you receive the notification.
You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website (if you created one) or by using the “Track My Order” link typically found in your order confirmation email.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)
This is a critical point for our international customers:

24DCMER is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. They are collected by your local customs authority when the package arrives in your country.

We are required by law to accurately declare the full value of the contents on the customs form. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or understate the value.

The recipient is responsible for paying these fees to release the package from customs. Failure to pay may result in the package being returned to us or destroyed.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing an international order, as these can vary and are beyond our control.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment/suite numbers and correct postal codes. We ship to the address provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you. Reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: All packages are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, your apartment leasing office, or behind obstructions. If it is truly missing, contact your local post office with the tracking number. If they cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will file a claim and assist in resolving the issue.

International Orders: While we use trackable services, once a package leaves the United States, it is governed by the postal service of the destination country. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed to USPS for international transit. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in tracking down your package by providing all relevant documentation.
Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible. If you discover damage after opening, contact us at trunghiep502@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you to find a solution, which may involve a replacement or refund.
