We stand behind the quality of our handmade goods. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, or if we made an error in your order, we will make it right—guaranteed. For cases of simple change of mind, we offer a structured return window to ensure flexibility while respecting the unique nature of our artisanal products.
1. Eligibility Windows

Returns & Exchanges for Change of Mind: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange request.

Refunds for Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence to process your claim efficiently.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all the following conditions:

Unworn, Unused, and Unwashed: The item must be in the same pristine condition as when you received it.

Original Tags Attached: All original product tags, labels, and any attached accessories (e.g., earring cards, silicone stoppers) must be intact and attached.

Original Packaging: The item should be returned in its original protective packaging, including any gift wrap, tissue paper, or dust bags it arrived with.

No Damage or Alterations: The item must show no signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration of any kind.
Important Note for Handmade & Hygienic Items:
Due to the intimate nature of certain products and to ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

Earrings and other pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

Swimwear or bralettes (if the hygiene seal is broken).

Custom-made or “Made to Order” items (specifically created for you).

3. The Return & Exchange Process: Step-by-Step
To ensure a smooth process and proper tracking, you must follow these steps. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Step 1: Initiate a Request

Clear photos of the item in its current condition (helpful for us to pre-approve).
Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the return. Do not ship the item back without this RMA number.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item). We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5-7 business days of receipt), we will notify you via email about the status.

For Approved Returns (Change of Mind): Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

For Approved Exchanges: We will ship the requested replacement item once the return is approved. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer a store credit.

For Denied Returns: If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be shipped back to you at your expense, or you may choose to forfeit the item.
4. Refunds

Timing: Please allow 7-10 business days after we approve your return for the refund to appear in your original payment account. The speed depends on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

Amount Refunded: For change-of-mind returns, we refund the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. The process follows the same steps as a return. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the exchange. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Please note: Due to the handmade and often limited-run nature of our products, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item promptly to secure it.
6. Store Credit
Instead of a refund to your original payment method, you may opt for 24DCMER Store Credit. This credit will be issued as a unique discount code via email and does not expire. Store credit is a great option if you plan to shop with us again!
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing and checking every order. However, if you receive an item that is:

Not what you ordered,
Please contact us immediately at trunghiep502@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid return label, a replacement shipment (if available), or a full refund at your discretion.
8. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for:
